Booking Terms & Conditions

The primary terms and conditions that apply to your booking are summarized below.

How to sign up

Itineraries are developed just for you based on your choices and preferences. Once you are comfortable with your itinerary and trip prices, book your vacation.


Prices are listed in US dollars per person and are based on double occupancy (two people per room). The most recent rates, which are effective at the time you confirm your trip, will be given to you. Please be aware that expenses may change as a result of any government action, including but not limited to additional or higher Government taxes, currency fluctuations, fuel charges as well as adjustments to entrance and visa fees.  

Prices do not include flight, single supplements, SDF tax, or monument entry fees; they only cover land expenditures such as accommodation (on a twin-sharing basis), all meals at local restaurants, non-alcoholic beverages, a local tour guide, luggage transfers, porterage.

Payment – Initial Booking Deposit

Before any formal contract is established, a non-refundable deposit of US$ 500 is required.

Paying your balance

We will send you an invoice for the balance of the tour fee after we have received your deposit. This has to be paid at 60 days before the tour. Unless other agreements have been made with us or you book less than 45 days before to departure, you are required to pay the full cost of the tour at the time of booking. The company maintains the right to cancel your reservation or pursue any outstanding payments if your balance is not paid by the specified period.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is firm and cannot be altered for any reason, including inclement weather, acts of terrorism or civil unrest, pandemics or personal, family or medical issues.  Additionally, if a guest arrives late or departs early, no refund will be provided.

Flights that have been paid in advance will be refunded according to the airline’s cancellation policy. Any government-related fees, such as SDF and visa fees, will be refunded in accordance with the department of immigration’s refund policy.

Travel Insurance

Namgay Adventure Travels will not be held liable for any unforeseen events, such as delays or cancellations of flights or trains, visa issues with embassies or consulates, inaccessible tourist sites due to government actions, issues with accommodations or other facilities visited during the tour, or personal incidents like injury, illness, or loss of belongings.

As a result, it is required for all clients to have travel insurance. At the time of booking, clients must individually purchase insurance from a reputable provider that covers the entire duration of the tour and provides protection for personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, loss of luggage, and the costs associated with cancelling or cutting a tour short. If a client becomes ill, they are responsible for all hospital expenses, doctor fees, and repatriation costs and the company will not provide any refunds for the tour cost.

Alteration of Itineraries

In the event of force majeure or when third parties, such as hotels or flights, fail to honor their reservations, we reserve the right to cancel trips. In these cases, you will be reimbursed the cost of the trip, minus any non-recoverable expenses. If a natural disaster results in the cancellation of your trip, you have the option to either reschedule your trip for a later date or have 100% of your funds refunded to you.

Namgay Adventure Travels is not responsible for any costs or expenses related to a cancelled or postponed trip, including but not limited to airline tickets, or any additional expenses that may arise due to travel delays, flight cancellations, or illness.

No extra payment will be provided in addition to the amount received from you

The chances of Namgay Adventure Travels having to alter your tour are slim. However, there may be times when we have to make adjustments, either before or after your reservation. The majority of the changes will be modest, and we will notify you as soon as it can.
